Become a Master Gardener!

Classes are currently being offered typically twice a year, Spring and Fall.  Training consists of roughly 35 “classroom” hours (some may be virtual), with an exam at the end.  There is currently a waitlist, so if you are interested, signing up at the link below is encouraged.   It might be possible to take the class in a neighboring county sooner, and then transferring to Hamilton County once your class is completed.  For more information on finding a neighboring (or virtual) class, you can contact the Agriculture and Natural Resources (ANR) Director for Hamilton County Extension by clicking here.
