Have you heard about WINTER SOWING? Have you tried it yet? Winter sowing is a great way for you to start seeds without needing special shelving, lights, space, etc., just by using leftover plastic containers and potting soil…and the outdoors!
The Little Free Seed Library at the Hamilton County Fairgrounds (pictured below) is stocked during the late fall and early winter with seeds for winter sowing! There are MANY resources and YouTube videos available online. Here are a few resources that hopefully will help you get started:
