Dear HCMGA Member,
It’s once again time to renew our membership applications for Master Gardeners in Hamilton County. Please fill out the attached form and submit it prior to December 31, 2019.
You may submit the form online, and pay via PayPal, or you can print out the form and submit it with your payment by mail or at one of our monthly meetings. If by mail, please mark your envelope to the attention of “HCMGA Membership.”
Both the HCMGA membership form and Purdue Policy background check must be complete, and dues paid, for each of us to remain active members. As in prior years, MG Manager will automatically notify you when you need to renew your Purdue Policy background check.

Use this form to submit your Membership Application on-line, and pay using your credit card. When you click the SUBMIT button you will automatically be directed to a PayPal screen. You do not need to have a PayPal account. You will be given the option to pay by using your credit card or a PayPal account if you have one.
You can fill out the Off-line Membership Application Form and print it then either bring it to a monthly meeting, or mail it together with your check to the extension office at the address above, to the attention of “HCMGA Membership”.
To add family applications complete a new form and, under Fees -> Membership, select the “Family member: one member already paid $15” option, as shown below:
