What is the HCMGA Plant sale? It’s our biggest fundraiser. All funds raised at the annual plant sale support our organization and make THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS in scholarships annually available for college students studying horticulture and environmental sciences at Purdue University (check out the Scholarships & Small Grants tab for more information). 

How do the funds raised support our local community?

• We provide education to county residents.
• We grow over 4,700 pounds of produce – donated to local food pantries.
• We remove invasive species from our public parks.
• 25,000+ volunteer hours in Hamilton County.
• 48 committees serving Hamilton County.

Plant Sale Details

• Doors open at 8am. 
• Bring your own wagon if at all possible. 
• Cash, checks, debit/credit cards accepted.
• You pick, We dig Iris bed. (It’s beautiful! Don’t miss it.)
• Veggies – many heirloom varieties! 🌶️
• HUGE selections of Hostas.
• Perennials 🌼
• Native Plants 🪴
• Trees & Shrubs 🌳
• Experienced Indiana Master Gardeners to help.
• No dogs except for certified Service Dogs (with official Service Dog vest).
