We are looking for vendors to present their products at our all-day seminar, and we would like to extend an invitation to you to reserve one of our spaces. The seminar will have several speakers and we expect it to be well attended. The audience will be primarily Master Gardeners, but the seminar is open to the public.

The available spaces are 10’x10’.

Cost : $20.00 per 6’ table and 2 chairs

Electrical outlets provided.

7:30am – 4:00pm, August 12, 2023

(set up Friday, August 11, 2023, 5:30-7:30pm)

Hamilton County Fairgrounds, 2003 Pleasant Street, Noblesville, Indiana.

The Trade Show Committee shall not be held responsible for any loss, theft or damage to the property of the Exhibitor, his employees or representatives. The Trade Show Committee will not be liable for damage or injury to persons or property from any cause whatsoever because of the use or occupancy of the exhibit space by the Exhibitor or his assigns during setup, show or tear down. For and in further consideration of Exhibitors being allowed to participate in the Trade Show, the Exhibitor shall indemnify and hold harmless the Trade Show Committee from any and all liability which might ensue from any cause whatsoever including, but not limited to, attorney’s fees.
