Origin: Bred by Dr. Griffith J. Buck (United States, 1973)
Color: Medium Pink
Approximate Size: 6 foot by 4 to 5 feet (As climber up to 9 feet)
Bloom: Repeat blooming. Large single 3 12″ blooms of pink produced on an arching bush with mid-green foliage showing the texture of one of its parents, the wild rose ‘Rosa Laxa’. It’s a very vigorous upright bush with arching canes & may be grown as a short climber. 5-12 petals.
Fragrance: Slightly fragrant with the scent of apples and cloves.
Shade Tolerant: It is shade tolerant and makes a great showing even in dapple sun.
Interesting Facts: One of Dr. Buck’s most popular roses. Can reach 9 feet as a climber.
